Praxis Marine provides independent yacht consulting and owner’s representation guided by real ocean experience. Founded by Capt. Firat and built on a foundation of operational maritime expertise, our team combines seasoned specialists and legal consultants who protect your investment and dream throughout every stage of yacht ownership—from new construction and refits to operations and delivery.

Founder
Capt. Firat’s maritime experience spans commanding vessels across Pacific and Atlantic waters, serving as build captain during yacht construction, and conducting comprehensive technical surveys. This diverse background creates the foundation for Praxis Marine’s unique approach to yacht projects.
His operational experience includes building charter operations from conception, managing complex ocean deliveries, and overseeing vessels from initial construction through final commissioning. Each project reinforced the understanding that design decisions made on paper ultimately determine how a yacht performs in real conditions at sea.
This hands-on maritime background shapes every aspect of our work—from representing owners during new builds to managing thoughtful refits and creating original designs. The goal remains consistent: ensuring every yacht serves the genuine relationship its owner seeks with the ocean.
